  1,1,3,5,5,5-Heptamethyltrisiloxane
  English name:
  1,1,1,3,5,5,5-Heptamethyl-Trisiloxane
  Bis(trimethylsiloxy)methylsilane
  1,1,1,3,5,5,5-Heptamethyltrisiloxane
  Quality standards:
  Appearance: Colorless, transparent liquid
  99% Purity (GC)
Property description: Colorless, transparent liquid with a density of 0.819, boiling point of 142°C, refractive index of 1.382, and flash point of 82°F.
Applications: Heptamethyltrisiloxane contains highly reactive silicon-hydrogen bonds and serves as a fundamental raw material for synthesizing polyether-modified trisiloxanes. These polyether-modified trisiloxanes are specialized surfactants with unique structures, widely used in applications such as pesticide adjuvants and coating additives.
Packaging and Storage: Available in 200kg inner-coated iron or plastic drums, or in 50kg plastic drums. After sealing, store the product in a cool, dry place for up to one year.
Jiangxi Huahao Chemical Co., Ltd.'s Phase III project began operations in 2018, producing products such as heptamethyltrisiloxane, polyether-modified silicone oil, silazanes, silicon ethers, and dimethyldiethoxysilane.
Jiangxi Huahao Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Xinghuo Industrial Park, established in November 2011, and occupies an area of over 30 mu.
The first-phase project, with an annual production capacity of 4,500 tons of organic silicon product series, was constructed, put into operation, and successfully completed its acceptance process in 2014. The main products include hydroxy silicone oil, dimethyl silicone oil, low-hydrogen silicone oil, polyether-modified silicone oil, and 107 adhesive.
In 2017, we expanded our portfolio of organic downstream products by introducing vinyl silicone oil, amino silicone oil, and silane derivatives, including methyl trimethoxy silane, methyl triethoxy silane, and methyl silicate. At the same time, we further refined our lineup of hydrogen-containing silicone oils, moving beyond the earlier single-sided hydrogen variants to now offer products with terminal hydrogen groups as well as other hydrogen-based structural options. Currently, we are actively exploring high-boiling silicone oils that can partially replace traditional methyl silicone oil.
